Biography
Tim Menees received his BA in Politcal Science from the University of Washington. He became a counter-intelligence officer in the Air Force. He was in the Air Force for two years until 1976 when he started to draw cartoons for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. His cartoon work has been shown nationally. He currently volunteers at a state penitetiary teaching creative writing.
