Make it a Gift! Give the gift of art you can get into by checking the "this membership is a gift" box at checkout. You can choose whether memberships materials are sent to you or the recipient.

Memberships are valid from the date of purchase. Membership packages, including gift memberships, arrive by mail in 7-10 business days. Please make sure you enter the full address of the recipient if you are purchasing a gift membership. If you wish to visit the museum before you receive your membership card, Mattress Factory staff will be happy to look you up by name at our admissions desk.

Your expiration date will be printed on your membership card. To update your contact information and for all other questions, contact our Membership Department at members@mattress.org or (412) 313-5410.

Members at the Household Plus level and above receive reciprocal privileges to NARM, the North American Reciprocal Museum Program, which includes free admission to over 1,000 cultural institutions in North America. At the Insider level and above, members receive reciprocal privileges to Mod/Co, the Modern Contemporary Reciprocal Program, which includes free admission to 86 participating cultural institutions in Canada and the United States.

Yes. All memberships are tax-deductible, to a certain amount. When you receive your confirmation letter, it will outline the goods and services. Please save the letter for your records.

Your membership will still be active in our system, and you can continue to receive your member benefits without your card. However, if you would like a new card, contact our Membership Department (412) 313-5410 or members@mattress.org. We will be happy to send you a replacement!

Your membership is activated upon purchase, and you will receive your membership card within two weeks after your purchase or renewal.
