Holly Thuma

Holly Thuma holds a BFA in Acting from New York University, and a MFA in Performance Pedagogy from the University of Pittsburgh, where she was the 2001 recipient of the MFA Teaching Award. In 2011, she was invited to travel to Egypt with the Firefly Tunnel Project, an international collective of mixed-media artists. The work, “Sites of Passage,” a Performance Art and gallery project celebrating the Arab Spring, was exhibited/performed in both Cairo, Egypt and at the Mattress Factory in Pittsburgh.
