Biography
Michael Morrill received his BFA from the School of Art and Design at Alfred University and his MFA from the School of Art at Yale University. He is Associate Professor of Studio Art at the University of Pittsburgh. 
 
His work has been exhibited throughout the United States and Europe, including Seraphin Gallery, Philadelphia, PA; Jus de Pomme Gallery, New York; Carnegie Museum of Art, Pittsburgh, PA; String Room Gallery, Wells College, Aurora, NY; Westmoreland Museum of American Art, Greensburg, PA; 112 Green Street Gallery, New York; Art and Architecture Gallery, Yale University, New Haven, CT; Palace of Fine Arts, San Francisco, CA; The Bayer Collection, Martin-Gropius-Bau, Berlin, Germany; Deson Saunders Gallery, Chicago, IL; and many more. 
 
Morrill is represented in public and private collections including, Carnegie Museum of Art, Pittsburgh, PA; Grable Foundation, Pittsburgh, PA; Allegheny Hospital Surgical Center, Pittsburgh, PA; BNY Mellon; PNC Bank; University of Pittsburgh; Westmoreland Museum of American Art, Greensburg, PA; and many more.
