Over the past three years, the Mattress Factory has continued to follow government and public health guidance to keep our staff and visitors safe. We thank you for your continued help and support!
In light of the rise of COVID-19 variants, we continue to review recent guidance from the CDC and are working with many other regional museums and cultural institutions for a consistent, safe approach across our institutions.
Our Hours
The Museum is open
Thursday – Sunday, 11 AM – 6 PM
and Wednesday, 11 AM – 8 PM.
Purchase Your Tickets in Advance Online
To manage the number of the visitors in the Museum, we are using a timed-entry system and encourage you to purchase tickets online before arriving at the Museum. Purchase your tickets here.
When you arrive at the Museum, you will need to show either a digital or paper copy of your e-ticket at Admissions. You may arrive at any time during your half-hour time slot.
Masks and Social Distancing
As of January 13, 2023, masks are not required while inside Museum buildings, but are recommended to help prevent community spread.
What to Expect During Your Visit
All changes to traffic flow and exhibitions are noted on signage throughout the Museum.
All exhibits and high-traffic areas are cleaned on a regular basis. Hand sanitizer stations are available on every floor of the Museum and at every desk, and plexiglass shields are in place at Admissions, MF Shop and Boxspring Café.
If you have any concerns, we encourage you to contact info@mattress.org for help in planning your visit.
If you feel ill or have recently come in contact with someone who is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home. We will be excited to welcome you back at a later date!
