Ages 4-6/Minis:

YES Camp! - July 6-10 REGISTER

Inspired by the popular children’s book “Yes Day!”, we invite children to explore a world of wonder, adventure, and experimentation where making a mess is encouraged! Artists of all ages need the freedom to experiment with materials and processes to create unique works of art. In this camp, we’ll invent our own art recipes to create never before seen masterpieces!

Exploration Sensation - August 3-7 REGISTER

Installation art often engages many of our senses including sight, sound, touch, smell, and sometimes even taste! Is there a color that makes you feel happy? What sounds make you feel sleepy? Collaborate as a team to create interactive works of art that engage family and friends in a range of fun sensory experiences.

Ages 7-9:

Forts, Lairs, and Secret Hideouts - July 6-10 REGISTER

Are you a spy? A wizard? A superhero? From design to construction, create a space that reflects your secret powers! In this architecture inspired camp, we will implement the design process to create spectacular spaces that reflect your unique creativity and imagination.

The Plot Thickens… - July 13-17 REGISTER

Are you an actor, a dancer, or set designer? It takes many skills to create a play. Consider how characters, plot, and setting come together to tell epic and mysterious tales. In this camp, we’ll work together as a team to produce a special performance for family and friends at the end of the week!

Time Travelers - August 3-7 REGISTER

Artists tell us a lot about where and when they live through the materials, subject matter, and techniques they use to create their art. Some of the oldest known art includes cave paintings created with pigments found in the earth, but what will art look like in 100 years? Travel in our time machine to collect inspiration from different time periods and imagine what art might be like in the future!

Ages 10-12:

The Art of Mindfulness - July 13-17 REGISTER

Discover how art and mindfulness go hand-in-hand! Through this week-long camp, students will explore a range of artistic processes including drawing, weaving, and nature art -- along with light yoga -- to find beauty in everyday objects and experiences.

Damage Control - July 20-24 REGISTER

“Every act of creation is first of all an act of destruction." ― Pablo Picasso

Cutting, smashing, scratching, and ripping — sometimes making something new means taking something else apart. In this camp, we'll explore a variety of materials to understand that although destruction might be the opposite of creation, it's also an important part of the artistic process.

Adventure Artists - August 10-14 REGISTER

Adventures can open us up to new ideas, new friends, and new sources of inspiration. Get in the adventuring spirit as we explore the Northside together! From the Aviary to Randyland, collect sketches and photos along your journey to inspire your art making back in the studio.
