Pamela Bryan is a photographer best known for her images of the disappearing industrial landscape of Western Pennsylvania. Traveling the country following a rock band, she has documented with furtive snapshots the energetic activity of a single rock star. Edited and enlarged they present a grainy vocabulary of gesture.

About the Artist

Pamela Bryan received her Associate of Applied Arts Degree from Briarcliff College in New York. Her parents loved 18th century French art and would take her to galleries and museums, she attests that this gave her an introduction into the world of art and visual ideas.
