Tim Menees received his BA in Political Science from the University of Washington. He was a counter-intelligence officer in the Air Force until 1976 when he started to draw cartoons for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. His cartoon work has been shown nationally. Menees volunteers at a state penitentiary teaching creative writing.
