This play is a reflection on the (im)possibility of accepting diversity and the other. The fragmented body of the neoplasm—the fruit of unstable conditions—overcomes barriers, loves and denies itself and others, wanders around, forgetting its profession. It frequently and with pleasure divides, goes through dangerous palpation, questions the possibility of contact with the experience of the other. Poorly brought up but very successful, it invites us to a trans-species transition.

With Sublet, John is taking the space and creating a “micro” gallery that will be an incubator for new ideas, participation, and connecting art to real life. It is a new start. An experiment in potential and interaction. It can be considered multi-media with a mix of performance, videos, documentation, and installation, covering all media. Exhibition
John Riegert could best be called a conceptual artist. He works primarily with the idea and finds the medium that best plays with the concept to present it with simplicity. The media may range from photography, photo illustration, performance, and installation to writing. John lives in Pittsburgh and received his BFA in Multimedia from Carnegie Mellon University.
