RAD Summer Staycation - Now through August 30, 2025

The RAD Summer Staycation program, offering free admission to Mattress Factory and other regional attractions, was such a success last year that it’s back for Summer 2025! he RAD Summer Staycation program runs now through August 30, 2025, giving so many opportunities to explore and enjoy Allegheny County's cultural assets! 

Through the RAD (Allegheny Regional Asset District) Staycation program, Mattress Factory offers  free admission throughout the summer to Allegheny County residents. All you need is an Allegheny County library card and a reservation to  to enjoy the museum's exhibitions for free!

Free tickets for Mattress Factory through the RAD Summer Staycation can be booked and redeemed by following a four-step process at RADPass.org:  

1. Visit RADpass.org and log in with your Allegheny County library card number and PIN.  
2. Browse for passes by date or by venue.  
3. Reserve your pass.  
4. Print your RAD Pass or download it to your mobile device.  

When offers appear at RADPass.org, guests are encouraged to be courteous to other RAD Pass users: only book a reservation that you plan to use on the selected date. If you find you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation to open up spots for others.

Summer Fridays just got longer! Enjoy Mattress Factory on Fridays until 8 PM, May 1 - August 31. Stay late and visit for free with your RAD Pass! 

RAD SUMMER STAYCATION 

The Allegheny Regional Asset District – RAD –unveiled the RAD Summer Staycation program to provide Allegheny County library card holders access to RAD-funded attractions that typically charge for daily admission. RAD Summer Staycation also highlights additional free summertime events taking place at RAD assets.  

In addition to reservable free tickets at these attractions, the RAD Summer Staycation serves as a “one-stop shop” for people to explore free experiences at regional assets throughout the summer. RADworkshere.org will feature a calendar of fun opportunities ranging from free concerts and movies at regional parks to summertime festivals and events throughout Allegheny County.
